This policy describes how 3-2-1 SquadLink (“the app”, “we”) collects and uses information when you play our football combine game on iOS and Android.

Data we collect

Account info — When you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your display name, email (if provided), profile photo URL, and a Firebase user ID.
Gameplay & stats — Match results, streaks, leaderboard scores, and in-app preferences (language, notification settings).
Device tokens — Push notification tokens if you enable notifications.
Purchase history — In-app ticket purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play; we only store granted in-game balance locally on your device.
Advertising — Google AdMob may collect device identifiers to show rewarded ads. You can limit ad tracking in your device settings.

How we use data

Provide online duels, teams, leaderboards, and push notifications.
Improve gameplay balance and fix bugs.
Comply with platform and legal requirements.

Storage & processors

Data is stored in Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Functions, Cloud Messaging) in the EU region where configured. Analytics and ads may use Google services subject to their policies.

Retention

We keep your profile and stats while your account is active. You can delete your account anytime from Profile → Delete account in the app; this removes your Firebase Auth user and associated cloud data.

Children

The app is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

Your rights

Depending on your location (including GDPR/KVKK), you may request access, correction, or deletion of your data by using in-app account deletion or contacting us at hsyncnsdnz@gmail.com.

Changes

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date will change; continued use of the app means you accept the revised policy.
